To View A List Of Boards That You've Participated In . . .

At the top of the board, on the forum list bar, to the right, you'll see a link that says, "participated."

Found it and there was a little button to the left that said, "New" because there were new posts since I've been here last.

That one will come in handy so that you can keep track of conversations you've joined in. There's also an option to keep track in your profile, I think. Or maybe it's a option on a topic/thread. *shrugs*
